I was with Lending Tree at one time, but it was a sister company to eloans, now have my own net branch - with Charterwest Mortgage, LLC. Lending Tree is not bad - ok - Myself - like dealing with my clients on a more personal level - good luck -

It was good. I wouldn't know from personal experience but I have a good friend who works for Lending Tree. He tells me its a good mortgage company.

My husband and I asked questions of Lending Tree (but didn't acutally refinance) and they sold our information (phone number, email, etc.) to other finance companies, who promptly began spamming us. It was not good; I suggest staying away from them.
