sort of you need to work out one day and take it easy with the exersize the next day and just alternate like that

In short it depends on the workout.
--Lifting, definitely not an everyday activity. While some strength workouts (calistenics, pilates-corework) can be done daily with no ill effect, generally speaking you *want* downtime for your muscles to heal and grow larger and stronger.
--Stretching, yes, you *can* do this daily and likely should if those Yoga folks have any say about it.
--Cardio...that depends on duration and intensity. Long duration, low-intensity cardio can be done daily without too many issues, but short duration, high-intensity stuff (wind sprinting, rope-skipping, rock-climbing (on a treadwall or naturally) ) likely should be paced so that you alternate high and low intensity days....
and if you have joint issues with knees, ankles or shoulders, same concept goes for high- and low-impact cardio, alternate days or something so that your body gets a rest period to recover.
--Meditation...can likely be done daily and should be to de-stress, see note about stretching and yoga...
--Skill building exercises--playing ball games, learning a martial art, etc. These should be done daily if they aren't too high-impact and/or punishing on your body, just because you aren't so much working out your body as you are testing your brain, eyes and spine, and nerve cells need the daily stimulation to learn....
Hope this helps...and remember, you're only human. If you are in more than slight pain (a little "burn" in the muscles once in a while isn't a bad thing) you need to dial it down a notch or three. Likewise if you find yourself hungry, tired, nauseous, or otherwise showing signs of prolonged fatigue for more than a couple days a week....

well i would say yes 4-5 days is enough if done properly, because ur body needs rest and time so that all the interconnective tissue and mind can relax and recupperate.
More then 5 days is a strict no from my side untill and unless u r a serious athelete preparing for some competition .

I think it's good...30 minutes a day for 5 days a week is probably good for ya. I work out at least 4 days a week.

as long as you don't work the same muscle groups two days in a row
you'll be okay.
cardio everyday is no prob
kudos for hitting the gym
i lift weights 4 days a week, and do cardio on the other 2 days, with one day rest

i work out 6 days a week and do cardio every day for about 30 mins a day. i work upper body one day and lower the next i alternate every day. and if you not really up for working out just do 30 minutes of cardio.

Hon...I think that that is great though I would vary your routine and take in walking as well.....now how is your dietary regimen?
Lastly...are you happy? I mean basically with your life......go to movies..and I am wondering...how often do you laugh? can you...I mean really are you able to relax as well as you amp up? food for thought there Luigi....hope this finds you well..oh..and pass the popcorn!*wink*

Depends on what you are trying to acheave. If you want to get bigger wait to work out after your not sore anymore. If you wanna be cut up work out every day

No as long as you do it at your own pace then you are doing fine you should also rest for one day if you trained certain areas of your body.
