Do you think at 48 I am too old to find my one "true" love to grow old with?

48, total romantic, still believe in the fairy tale kind of love.....is it still out there at my age or am I being unrealistic here?

No way are you too old!! My fiance is 54 and we found each other a year ago. We are each other's true love, soul mates. He knows someone that had gone thru 5 husbands--she outlived all of them!! She was 103 when the last one died. When asked what she was going to do now, she said look for husband #6!! Too bad she died before she found him!! So, you are NEVER too old.

Not at all! In fact, my husband has a friend in the US who is 48 and wanted to marry a woman who was still of child-bearing years because he wants to have a family. He didn't want to marry anyone younger than 30 though because of the age difference. My husband asked me about my friends who are single and I told him of a friend who is 30 and very very sweet and pretty. My husband's friend actually flew here to Egypt to meet her and they hit it off almost immediately. He had dinner with the family and the two families met and they were engaged within 10 days! They should be married by this time next year, God willing.

Certainly not! Just look at Paula Deen! She is on the Food Network, in her late 60's with two sons, and just recently got married (fairy tail type of ceremony) to who she calls the "light of her life"

    Never to old for love!

I do not think so. I am 50 and in the same boat, so to speak. Fairy tales and romance are the best. Good luck and God speed. I hope you find who you are looking for.

No, I don't think you are too old at all. There are lots of people out there just like you that want the whole package. You've got to get out there in life to find that special person. They don't come knocking on your door! Best Wishes for You!

heck NO. There is someone out there for everyone. Some people it just takes a while for them to find that one person. and others they find right away. ive learned through other people that it happens when you least expect it. my advice stop looking and as soon as you do here comes the person you have been waiting for.

You are absolutely NOT too old! My grandmother found her "true love" when she was about 60 (through a classified ad, no less!).
