Tell me you did not pay with cash. If it was a cheque go to your bank and have them send a collection. If you paid by credit card complain to the bank and make sure they are aware of some criminal activity by this seller.Thru Yahoo you can file a complaint about fraud. You probably won't see any money from Yahoo since there protection only starts at 100 dollars.
The other thing you can do is report the matter to the police as internet fraud they have a set up to deal with this but don't expect too much as they may have some bigger fist to fry.
Before you deal with any onling seller get yourself a Paypal Account and only deal with seller is they take Paypal. This is your best protection. I don't work for Paypal but have learned this thru hard experience.

Go to yahoo shopping, then click on the help link on the top left of the page. submit your order number thru these pages and they will respond back to you. they will probably issue a complaint againts the store, but if the store wasnt covered by their Buyer Protection Program, you will need to file a claim with the credit card company. Yahoo shopping is great, you just need to read reviews and do a little research. plus, only buying from stores that are covered by BPP will make it less stressful.
