Why are all the voting questions going to a tiebreaker?

I have been watching 3 of my questions now and I have won them all but they all say they are a tie! They have been like this for a few hours now. Is something going on with Yahoo! Answers? I should have got "Best Answer" by now.

Check out this one for example, my answer is number 3:

Update:

Aww thank you jackieleacollins! That was very nice!

Update 2:

Doug I had 15 more votes then the next person, so it's not a question of there was a tie in votes. I already know if there is a tie then it is a tiebreaker. It was taking over 3 hours though to break a "tie" when there was no tie to begin with. I was 15 votes ahead. That's why I figured something was wrong with Yahoo Answers.
