Why does my arm feel sore when touched? (no bruise there)?
My right arm in the triceps area hurts as if it is bruised, it is real sensitive to the touch, but it isn't blue like a bruise and I didn't do anything to bring trauma to the area that I remember.
Just wondered if this is common.

if this troubles you more than a week id see the doctor. It could be anything even a bug bite.. or you may have strained the muscle in your sleep

I know exactly how you feel, my right arm if you turn it over, right from the half to the elbow is sour and feels swollen. It may be common because a bruise is an under skin inflammation of blood in the skin tissue, so you can have a bruise deeper than where u can see it. Also large veins if it runs in teh family or somethin can cause pain by rubbing between the muscle.
