What's the most unbecoming nervous habit you've ever known anyone to have?

I knew a person who in conversation kept saying you know

after everything they would say. This annoyed me to no end.

I used to have a coworker that constantly chewed on the ends of pens. How gross when you needed to write something and there were her teeth marks and who knows what kinds of bacteria all over the ends of the pens.

One nervous habit one of my colleagues used to have was to unconsciously say 'wanker' and then burp. I swear it is not made up I guess it was some kind of Tourettes bless him, but it could be really inappropriate especially in meetings.

One of my co-workers always points the air conditioner vents at his genitals when we are driving to meetings in my car. Totally gross. I haven't thought of a good way to ask him not to.

my high school band director used to do this twitchy thing with his neck and shoulders that looked like he had left his hanger in his shirt and was trying to wriggle it out of his shirt. he was such a sweet man, but it was weird.

I know a friend who's nervous habbit is eating raw meat.

Squeazing my acne, I can't seem to stop and not only facial but in my arms too.

Pickers, crackheads are pickers they pick scabs, on their face, hands, arms REALLY DISGUSTING!!

I bite my nails.....but a lot!! So I think it gets more attention.
