there is the option on the home page for sharing picture or choosing from avatar

click on avatar box..u get options of chaning ur avatar... u will also find an option to have ur own picture... u just got to click that and u get the browse option and add u picture... ..kazzzamm...u will see ur pics...

You have to login thru Yahoo messenger and then click on your avatar and select your image

Go to your profile page, to the picture section, you may select an avtar...you can also select to have you own picture too
