i'm gonna as two questions cos i don't wanna waste my points...

1. Why do muscles tingle

2. i have a lot of fat around my hips(i've got a pear shape) i'm busy working out right now at the gym and i read this article today that says i should train with heavy weights and long reps to build muscle although it was said that doing not too heavy weights with long reps could do the trick when it come to toning up and burning that fat and if you train with heavy weights short reps will make you bulk...so which one is true

I'm an african and my hair doesn't grow that much i've had short hair all my life because it wont grow...so now i want to grow it to atleast shoulder length please help me on what products to use and what to do...thanks in advance

Case 1- i started going out with this guy who's been chasing me for two years, so when valentines day was nearing and i was single i thought i should try him and maybe he's a cool guy well he is cool but he's jealous, drinks like a pig, obsessed with me i mean he calls me in the middle of the night asks me what i'm doing specialy when he's drunk....did i mention that he stays with his parents and messed up at work so he's outa work right now so he's even gained a few kilos, he's developping a little belly and i asked him to go to gym with me and he says i should love him the way he is which is true but that wont make him my ideal man...

Case two: There's a guy at the gym, i'm in his stretch and tone class and we're good friends he told me he's realy interested in knwoing me and being more than friends...i won't have to force him to go to gym, he's got a great body, great persobality, a people's person

does creatine monohydrate have any side effects to a persons bosy because after taking it i've realised a feeling that you get after you've taken flu medication its like it has codeine and also my brother was using it and he said it was decreasing his strength instead of increasing it like they say it does....is it bad to use it?
