Ya'll know that eating more than 4 eggs a week is fattening but wot if i eat only the white and not the yolk

    its not about eating more than 4 eggs a week is fattening ,,,,,its not that it the point its bad for ur heart,,,, yes cuting the yoke makes it diet friendly....

    Eating more than 4 eggs a week is NOT fattening. On the other hand, the whites have much fewer calories than the yolks.

    specific food items are not fattening. a caloric excess over an extended period of time combined with an insufficient amount of exercise causes noticeable increases in body fat.

    the white contain only 50% of the protein and none of the fat or cholesterol in an egg. there is nothing wrong with eating whole eggs if the amount of calories fits into your daily caloric intake

    I did not think that eggs were fattening. They are protein and that is the best thing you can eat when you are watching your weight. I'm talking about protein is good for watching your weight.
