what language are body muscles in?

why is everything made in latin, muscles, abbreviations like am,pm, i.e, e.g, etc...?

    From a bio student's point of view... I understand your pain. The fact is, Latin is the root of most languages because it was one of the first. Alot of early scientific research came from areas that spoke Latin (Italy, Greece). But if I may ask... what is your reason for wanting to know?
