Is there anything notable about Nebraska?
All other states have some notable feature.
Either by association, like N. Dakota, or even stereotypes like Arkansas and Wyoming. Even Kansas is at least in the middle of the country and thought of as completely flat.
I can't think of anything notable about Nebraska.

1. Nebraska has more miles of river than any other state.
2. Kool-Aid was created in 1927 by Edwin Perkins in the city of Hastings (come on, that's pretty notable!)
3. The world's largest train yard, Union Pacific's Bailey Yard, is located in North Platte.
4.The swing in the Hebron, Nebraska city park at 5th and Jefferson streets is claimed to be the world's largest porch swing, long enough to fit 18 adults or 24 children.
5. It's where Arbor Day was invented!

Carhenge, based off of Stonehenge is in western Nebraska somewhere. It is made of cars all painted gray and set up like Stonehenge. I have actually been by there going through Nebraska.

It is notable in that it is flat, it has some large rivers (N. and S. Platte, and more) and has many tornadoes. I hear they grow alot of crops there.
