I know you may find this a bit old fashioned but seriously, it never fails!! Buy her a dozen red roses... or better yet find wild flowers somewhere and collect them. I am assuming your girlfiend is young as you so you may not get an over thrilled reaction but rest assured, in due time... she would remember you the most! fetch her at her house in a night that is full moon...bring her to a walk in aprk...talk about the things you've done together and have some coffee or drink if you want.
