My dad left me a old skil saw. Model # 825.Ser.# 768593 is it worth anything?
The plug has been replaced/new cord- 71/4 blade. 115 volts dc-ac amp. 60 cy. amp.14 Works very well. Needs to be clean up.This is one heavy metal saw. NO plastic on this baby. According to my scale it weights 18 lbs. which give or take l would say no less than 10 lbs. l would say the saw is about 30 years old. This is a mans saw!!!!

Its worth the fact the your dad left it to you. Do something with it. Build something to make him proud. Why is it when we are left something that meant something to someone we always want to know the monetary value?

Not really. A new one is around $80 to $100 but I have bough old ones in yard sales before for $5 and $10.

The market for "old" tools centers mostly around hand tools that are in really good condition. It sounds like you have a good working tool. Keep it , you may find a use for it.

If it works and you need a circular saw, use it.
On the other hand, it isn't worth any substantial monetary value.
