What is the Difference between White Trash and a Redneck?

Rednecks work, White trash steals.

White trash is just that "trash." Yeah my name is white trash with money but it's a joke haha. A Redneck is just some ole country boy or girl who is easy going and dont let much bother them. White trash are the one's who are thr rascist, dirty, can do better but just to lazy, wanna be thug, P.O.S'. Rednecks will help anyone out, we work very hard no matter what our job is, love counrty music, and most importantly they keep God and family first. Whitetrash are too lazy to work and well they smell bad.

Rednecks are from the south, white trash can be from anywhere.

It's basically two words for same group of people although Red Neck applies more to males, southern males in general. White Trash can be applied to any part of the country.

White trash will cavort with minorities. A redneck won't.
