Did the stones ever really "CRY OUT"?

LUKE 19:

37And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;

38Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

39And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.

40And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, THE STONES WOULD IMMEDIATELY

CRY OUT.

HAVE THE STONES REALLY EVER CRIED OUT? I Personally think they did , do you know where?

    In a sense, the whole earth cried out at the moment of Jesus's death. The earth shoke, the temple tore in two. The ground opened up and the souls of the long departed wandered in the streets again.

    NoThey have not because Jesus disciples did not stop preaching and teaching God's word. That scripture meant that if the teaching stopped the stones would cry out. The disciples did not remain silent!

    I don't think they ever did because they never had to. His followers have always praised Him at one time or another, no matter how small the sect. What's more I hope they never have to.

    Yes, they did. They said " We can get no SATISFACTION"
