My cycle keeps getting longer and longer, has this happened to anyone else?

For the last year my cycle keeps getting longer by a few days. As of this month I am up to 49 days between periods. I am not pregnant. Does anyone possibly know what may be wrong?

It depends on how old you are, my daughter had that happen to her when she was 14, doc said her 'switch' that tells the body to stop the period was not getting the message across, put her on topical progestrone cream(100% natural, no man made stuff) and her periods worked there way back to normal. go to awesomeemuoil.com, look for awesome wild yam cream, this works for young and old alike. but you should consult a dr. to make sure that there is nothing more serious going on. Good Luck and God Bless!!

Sometimes your hormones just need a little help in balancing out. A good way to do this is to get on birth-control. The one that seemed to work best for this is Ortho Tri Cyclen. And it also clears acne!!!!

well it could mean that you're getting old (don't take it personally) cause woman at the age of 40-50 will have their period stopped.
