I pulled my quad muscle?
What can I do to help it heal quicker? Are their any stretches I can do to make not as tight feeling? I want to play volleyball by next Monday, do you think that is enough time?

Oooh. . how exciting! Use icyhot deep penetrating muscle rub in the morning and night. Do the runners stretch each morning and night as well so when it heals it is not too tight. Do not stretch real hard though. . . just enough that you feel a very very slight pull. Time is the ony thing that will take care of this completely and one week is not enough time.

Maybe you'll be ready. Important to stretch, but stay off for a few days.

Use heat/ice and keep doing stretches that work that muscle group. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation - you need to rest it too.
