I've met quite a few celebrities...Billy Corgan, Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Tommy Lee, John Malkovich, etc...but the best was Mel Brooks. I saw him everyday for about three months when the Producers opened in Chicago in 2001. Almost daily, he would tug at my side and say, "Give me a kiss, I want lip." So, I'd duck out by giving him an air kiss and leave. He was great. It was his thing to remember everyone's name in the show including behind the scenes as well as the hotel staff.
