starve a fever feed a cold, but summer colds are little tricky, eat lite items such has jello, broths, drink lots of water, and juices, but no orange juice acid will upset tummy. also try taking a luke warm bath with 2 tablespoons of rubbing alcohol in it.
feel better

feed it; actually with fluids is best. plenty of fresh fruits and veggies too. good old fashioned hot tea with lemon and honey is great as well. an aspirin for fever, if you're not allergic and also use a tylenol if you are. limit outdoor activities and kick back and watch the boob-tube for a few days. you'll be better in no time.

neither.
take fat free foods to go easy on your digestion, whenever youre sick.
if your nose discharges yellow fluid, its bacterial infection, show a doctor and take antibiotics.
if its just white discharge and sneezing, its a viral infection, antihistamines should help, will go off by itself, as long as its a viral infection.
i hate medicinal poems- theyre absolutely nonsense, every one knows them, and some people actually believe them. they are harmful!
