The ER will probably take too long. Go to a walk in center if there is one around. They are usually quicker. If you can't drive, then call an ambulance, they take those patients first.

It could be a few things. Get yourself to the ER stat.
You could be dealing with stress or fatigue at best case. Or your home/apt could have too high of CO causing you to feel this way.
Open up the place (windows and such) and get out to a Doctor.
Good Luck and let us know how you are doing.

Hi,,,, hmmm ,,, sounds like you might have been bitten by something and your having a reaction..... or your having a panic attack..... is your chest hurting????? arms numb.... you could also be having a mild stroke...
I suggest calling someone,,,get off the computer and go to the ER..... let them check you out.. if you have no one to call.. dial 911 and get them to come get you... you do Not need to drive....OK !!!!
good luck,,, and God bless......

Call your doctor, now. It sounds a little alarming to me. Don't downplay not being able to breathe. If it gets worse, DO NOT hesitate to call 911.
You could be ill, or it could be bad allergies, asthma, bronchitis. Please go to your doctor, Hun.
