Tips on getting rid of set-in stain in bathtub???

Bleach ... Pure old Clorox ... Pour it on , and let it soak... If you can , take an old rag, or facecloth you don't need , soak it well, and place it snuggly against the stain . Let it osak overnight ... You may have to

Try "Grease Lighting" but be careful. It is highly fumbles, and extremely abrasive. Make sure you have all other cleaners off the site, a ply, and then let set for a minute or two.

refinishing could be easy, but you have to remember, if you remove the tub, you'll more than likely have to temporary remove the toilet in order to replace proper tub.

Is it a blood stain? I got some of them last time I cut up a deer in my shower. . . I tried alot of products to get rid of the evidence . . I mean blood & none of them worked. The only thing that I found that helped (but didn't get it all out) was bleach & a scrub brush. Good luck.

Have you tried Mr Clean magic eraser? They sell some cleaning products at the dollar tree stores, one called Awesome, they seem to work pretty good. Try those, and I really don't know about tub refinishing, it might be something you may have to consider.

Geez, sounds like you have a problem. There's no really a cheap way to get rid of it if those products are not working. You may have to bring a professional out there or purchase a new tub altogether

Use rubber gloves and protective glasses if you should decide to scrub it with straight Clorox bleach. If that doesn't get it to at least fade, I don't know what will.

There is a product called "The Works".....Get the toilet bowl cleaner(not the gel type)......It should take it off "instantly".been there done that....

CLR cleaner. Let it soak and and I think you'll be amazed.
