I have an inner logic Fineline 200 plasma cutter and need to cut 1/4" copper plate. What parameters can I use
I have 30,50,70,100 and 200 amp torches.
I got some parameters from the torch mfgr.
The plasma cutter is on a CNC table thanks for the help.

1/4 copper and you plan to use plasma arc?i only ever used plsama arc's on stainless steel pipe and chromemoly but in the set of heads that come with the cutter you want the head to be bout 1/8 above serface to be cut to keep from ruining your tip.they are expensive.but honestly 1/4 copper i would you a 4 " grinder with a carborandom wheel it would be clean and very fast.not nearly as expensive to do same job..just my advise sorry if i am off target..p.s i am pretty sure that weak copper will do some considerable splatter
