Smith & Wesson 38 single shot with forward sliding barrel?
My husband has a gun he's trying to fix for a friend but we can't find any information on it any where. Its very small, and we can't even find a serial or model number. If any one out there has any ideas please let me know. We've already search the Smith & Wesson site, with no luck.
I'm not the one fixing the gun, my husband is. But thanks for the thoughtful remark.

if no one is able to help you online, the best place to check is your local gun smith. if you dont have one close by, get a picture of the gun and i can ask mine. he seems to know everything, he is super old, think he was alive during the civil war lol.

If you need to ask us for information, don't fix the gun, take it to a qualified gun smith.
