    Provolone and Swiss for sammiches.

    Myzithra for most of the rest.

    CHEDDAR!! is the most but I also like Colby Jack and American (I only like American on my Subway Sandwiches) LOL

    Swiss because when you eat it its not to cheesy like cheddar and not to plain like american and it has a tiny bitter taste to it but it has a very rich flavor...
