Asking way too many questions- either dumb or not.... that or leaning over to someones plate while they are eating and start to eat with them off of their plate, drive slow as heck in the fast lane, make burping noises while sitting next to someone, break out into hilarious laughter after you fart and say "did you smell that one??", wear too much cologne, keep makeing crude remarks about someones behind while they are nearby, and if that doesnt work,

Just ask them what would irritate them the most...

It all depends on what level you want to bother them.

If you are trying to irritate somebody just to be funny, may I suggest putting a Ziploc baggie full of air under the tire of their car. When they back up, they think something is wrong with the car. It is funny.

If you are trying to irritate someone because they have caused harm to you or your property, or you just feel that you hate them, try mailbox smashing, putting liquid dish soap in the winshield washer fluid tank in their car, or simulating a shoot out infront of their house in the middle of the night. Have fun!

Bet him $100. that if he gets under a table, you will hit it 6 times so hard he won't be able to stay under there for the full 6 times.

Once he goes along with that, hit the table 5 times, tell him that your strength isn't up to snuff that day, and you'll come back tomorrow or the day after to finish the series.
