What kind of mean jerk would stub out their cigarette in the eye of a toddler?
I'm in Australia, and it's plastered all over the news about a guy who stubbed out his cigarette in the eye of a toddler who was being pushed in a stroller down the street - the guy sounds like a psycho. I just asked because it made me seriously mad!
