Birkenstocks or Crocs?
For those who have or know both what would you choose?
I'm more of a Birkenstocks person, but I'm constantly looking for comfortable shoes for my sensitive feet.

Well, here is my fashion analysis:
Crocs: Horribly ugly shoe for people with a misguided sense of fashion. If you are a nurse or have foot problems, OK. If you just think it's stylin' to wear bright orange Crocs in town, watch for the fashion police. Yes, they're comfortable, but doesn't "brightly colored plastic shoe" sound like something for the 5 & under group?
Birkenstocks: Traditional hippie shoe that had a resurgence in the mid-90's. Never really "in" fashion, but like all other things hippie-ish, never really "out," because they are more indicative of a lifestyle than a trend. I would pick these. Ten years from now, you won't be embarassed looking at your feet in pictures.

Crocs. I've done birkenstocks, and I don't see much difference between those and regular shoes. Crocs are completely different, and super comfortable. If I wasn't trying to break in a pair of hiking boots for a weekend hike, I'd be wearing my crocs right now.

Birkenstocks are your best choice. I live in Germany and frequent the factory here. They are very good for people that have sensitive feet. Crocs have very hard insoles and not really form fiting. Hope it helps

I grew up with Birkenstock in Germany!
They are to EXPENSIVE for me and my budget.
I buy shoewear what looks similar to them which is Made in Spain. My profession requires standing about 40hrs a week.
SHOE CARNIVAL has those in stock, I pay around $20,--

Birkies are way to expensive! Go for the CROCS. I promise that you will love them :)
