Ive been taking my prenatals for a few days now and been feeling very sick due to the amount of iron..?

can anyone suggest me anything different to drink becuase the prenatals have me light headed and throwing up more than i usually do.

    I would get a check-up with your doc. & see if, the vitamins can be altered. I used chewable papaya enzymes which helped me with nausea. Make sure it's the iron you are having a reaction to.

    Boil fresh ginger root into a tea. Try B6 in a tablet form. Don't take the vitamins on an empty stomach.

    Vitamins on an empty stomach can definitely cause headache & vomiting. It helps to eat first and then take the vitamins. If that doesn't help talk to your doctor.

    cut them in half and take one half at night and one after breakfast. Or if you take just before bed it will ease the sickness.

    Try taking them at night.
