I live in a trailer park. The land lord said they are going to start charging a $25 fee for everytime they see a dog off leash in the park. Can they do that??

My son is in jail and my grandsons mother wont let me see him. i have always been there for him, diapers, formula, holidays, outings weekly. I love him to death and we are close. She lies constantly about everything, is bipolar and wont take her meds, and drinks heavily and is abusive. After texting me horrible messages that social services took her kids after an incident that took one to the hospital, i myself called social services to find out what was up. The kids were not taken but she is now under investigation and being drug tested 3 times a week. She thinks this is my fault when it is all her own doing. i want to see my grandson. One because i love him, and two to keep an eye on what is happening around him. She associates with total lowlifes and hangs out with teenagers even though she's 28. My son is 20. Go figure. Can I sue her for visitation, and actually get it? im an upstanding, responsible person who doesnt drink or use drugs has no criminal history and live a decent life with my husband. We only live 3 miles from my grandson in a small town. it kills me to see him in his stroller wave at me when I drive by.

We have had Monarch swarms this last week and the front of my radiator is packed with these dead suckers. What is the best way to clean them off. Hitting it with water is doing nada.

My son was cited for possession of marijuana when he was 15 years old and probation suspended his ability to get his licence for 1 year. he is now 18 and a recent DMV printout showed this on his driving record. He didn't get a licence until he was 18. Shouldnt this possession charge not show because he was a minor and how do we get it removed? It had nothing to do with operating a vehicle.
