Weird stain on wall?
I recently put up a white board on my wall. The wall is tan and the whiteboard had a white plastic frame. When I took it down, there was a discoloration wherever the frame had touched the wall. I checked my other picture frames (all wood) and none of them had left any sort of mark on the wall. I've tried to get it out (using first windex, then Chlorox wipes) but the stain is not coming off. Do you have any recommendations of a product that could fix the problem? I rent the room and am moving out soon and I don't want to get charged for the owners to repaint the room. Thanks!

Try using a paste of baking soda and water to remove the stain. Use GENTLE pressure to clean spot.

Mr. Clean magic eraser works.
If all else fails, go get a pint of Kilz or Bin and daub that over the stain, ask the landlord for some paint and paint over it.
I'm a landlord, and I would charge if I have to clean up your stain, no offense, so I know where youre coming from

I have found that the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser takes all kinds of stains off of just about anything. They are pretty cheap so you should give that a try.
