What are some possible causes of feeling bloated?

could it be curse time? (you know, womens monthly curse), or it could be that you ate the wrong kind of food & too much of it? Maybe not enough food, if you notice the poor kiddies in third world countries all have bloated tums. I can't offer a medical reason, sorry :o)

bloating can accour from water retention and or a sluggish heart.

bloating could from your monthly mensus as a female, if so lots of water and less sodas and caffine type drinks (this helps with cramping as well).

Over indulgence in food and/or drink!

you stomach gets bigger. your clothes don't fit you.its because you get cocipated or you eat something wrong.
