Is it really that rare to find the degree of development of an economy lesser than its world soccer ranking?

Eventhough, the question may sound marginalised it shows how powerful finance is, in the world of soccer. Obviously, those nations in the top 10, are nations of financial stability that ensures players are given incentives to keep their performance above given standards. So, it leaves us with the question, of how can we keep soccer players of least/ lesser developed and financed countries interested and innovative about soccer?

Soccer is a talent and nothing to do with economic power, see in England 96% of players in England come from nations poorer than England. We are seeing increasing number of Africans taking key roles in European legues e.g. Etoo Samuel and so many others.

Economic power has nothing to do with your God given talent just harnesh the talent.

Ecc 5:19 Yes, we should make the most of what God gives, both the bounty and the capacity to enjoy it, accepting what's given and delighting in the work. It's God's gift!

Brazil doesn't really qualify as a developed nation...it has nothing to do with being developed its about the sport a country is passionate about!
