Eventhough, the question may sound marginalised it shows how powerful finance is, in the world of soccer. Obviously, those nations in the top 10, are nations of financial stability that ensures players are given incentives to keep their performance above given standards. So, it leaves us with the question, of how can we keep soccer players of least/ lesser developed and financed countries interested and innovative about soccer?
