Has anybody tried cooked pork blood?

I heard it tastes like liver.

    Its called 'black pudding'

    It is the blood, mixed with herbs, salt and pepper etc, left to congeal. Then pressed into a sausage skin and dried.

    It is sliced off and fried.

    It has its own taste but is not really like liver.

    It sounds horrible but it is really nice (in my humble opinion).

    It is a traditional part of a cooked English breakfast and very good in one.

    Try it if you get the chance.

    There is nothing 'impure' about it, as long as its prepared in an hygienic way. Enjoy

    Yes, it is excellent. You can mix it with vinegar & it gets thick like guacamole, You cook the intestines & dip them in the sauce, very good. Or you can mix it in w/ the pork & intestines. Filipinos are good at this.
