I didn't know until I got in the kitchen and what I did was boil some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, when done I cubed them and added a can of mixed vegetables, can of sweet peas, can of cream style corn, salt, pepper, chives and some dill then I made a package of chicken gravy using the broth from cooking the chicken and mixed everything together letting it come to a boil to heat everything up. I stuck a few biscuits in the oven and peeled about 5 smallish potatoes and boiled them and that was supper.

Tonight I am thinking of making soup and bread and a side salad. I am thinking of making roasted butternut squash soup, maybe adding some thai curry paste and coconut milk instead of just stock, what do you think, does that sound good? Either that or jacket potatoes with cheese and chutney filling, yummy. The other alternative is pasta with home-made pesto sauce and some grilled chicken fillets, I usually coat my chicken in stuffing mix (the dry stuff from a box) then drizzling with oil and baking it til crunchy.
