budget software?

is there a software that i can get to budget my bills! For example. keep track of them! I don't want anything that has to deal with my bank! Just something simple! not quicken! thanks

    Try Microsoft Money 2007 Deluxe. I've been using the Home & Business edition since 7 years ago. It's one of the few worthy Microsoft programs. You can try it for free.

    You can get free budget pages from the microsoft office downloads page. Many good ones.
