what does it mean?

i have a very different and unique name and every time i tell some one my name they tell me its beautiful and further asks me what does it mean. i am embarrassed to say i don't know. my mother never told me and when she did, she said it was my father's idea. she said something about africa but that is all i know. i have searched high and low to searching for the answer to the question of the meaning of my name. i was wondering if any one knew what it meant or some where i could go to figure it out. my name is sikoka. help me if you can. this is my question in life that i need answered.
