Leslie... anytime a cleaner like that says you don't even have to scrub..... that's a red flag warning for me!
I wouldn't do it. I've had that kind of wallpaper. Best thing I ever did was buy one of those white garden water sprayer bottles!
I use nothing but Mr. Clean... for everything. Put about 1/3 cup Mr. Clean in the bottle and fill it up the rest of the way with water.
If you've had any build-up of grease, nicotine, etc..., it does a really good job breaking through and removing it! and guess what... you save a lot of money and you still don't have to scrub!

It's best to try if it works yourself. You could try it on a different piece of wallpaper similar to yours or try Scrubbing Bubbles on the edge of your Vinyl wallpaper to see if it works or not. Don't use it if the color wears off!!!

It should be fine to use it, but I agree with the other, test a small inconspicuous spot just to be sure. It's a non-abrasive cleaner, so it shouldn't hurt anything.

test in a small inconspicious place and make sure it wont mess the color up etc.
