lol you're good, don't worry
The brain is surrounded by your skull which protects the brain from impacts to the head and soap. All that happens when soapy water goes up your nose is that it goes into the sinus's, irritates the crap out of them then drains out either the way it came in or down the back of your throat to your stomach. Which there again, the small amount of soap that it would be, won't do any harm to your GI Tract.
Hope that helps.

Unless you have some unusual flaw in your anatomy, the soap can't reach your brain, even on a bad day. There is no connection between your nasal and sinus passages and your brain. If you put enough soapy water up your nose you might wind up with some irritated nostrils, but that would be about it, other than the effects of the soapy water running down the back of your throat into your digestive tract.

Your nostrils do not have a direct link to your brain. Mind you everything you breath in may enter into your blood stream and some components may make it into your brain that way. Your body is designed to filter foreign or harmful objects out of your blood using your liver and other organs. The chances that soapy water will do anything other than make you clean is miniscual.
P.S. I am not a doctor but I play one on T.V.

Unless you stand in the shower for hours on end snorting the water and soap like a cocaine user it wont hurt you at all, as a matter of fact inhaling water itself would actually clear your sinuses. Had sinus surgery I know.

I have been surfing online more than two hours today seeking the answer to the same question, yet I haven't found a more interesting discussion like this. It is pretty worth enough for me.

It is definitely possible if that person inhales when soap gets into the nose. However, most normal people who exhales when that happens.

rest at ease you're not going to be "brainwashed" in the shower.
