When and where would be the right time?

My girlfriend and I have been dating for close to 7 months and we have done a lot but still, I want to do more with her. I love her very much and she loves me alot too, but I still feel like I really want to go to the next level...it's not a situation where "I will just know" becuase we know, she already said a few tings to me about fingering and now would be the "right time" but i'm not sure when i'm exacly aloud to go further? I am going to the beach with her this weekend, would this be a good time to do anything and if so, where would a girl enjoy being fingered?(if she's in the right mood) ...also things like, there are showers their and I really enjoy forplay and teasing her (like kissing her around her face but not on her lips or something) so would that be a good place to do anything? or would a girl hate that?

I would really love it if someone could give a different answer, besides "you'll know when you're ready"
