What's the 2nd most fun part of being on the gay side of the gay marriage movement?
1st most fun part is knowing we win in a few years.
2nd most fun part?
For me, the 2nd most fun part is seeing all of the Christians who claim gay marriage isn't valid because the gays can't reproduce. Are those same Christians protesting the marriages of sterile couples as well? Damn, they're mean! ;)
Keep your religion, I'll keep mine. Let's not force them on each other and live happily ever after.
So what are your thoughts about the 2nd most fun part of being on the gay side of the gay marriage movement? (Other than knowing you'll be on the winning side soon.)

I am answering this question from Canada so I think I may be able to give you some insight. As you know, we have gay marriage here and after 3 years, the Christians and Conservatives have begun to admit that the World didn't end, Civilization is still around, Kids are still being made, etc. The only ones still upset are what we call the Christo-nazis and they really don't matter much.
Chin up and keep up the good fight, the world is changing before their eyes and they are losing their final vestiges of power, time will tell.
Cheers from the Great Gay White North.

whoa! i'm a christian and that whole argument about not allowing gay marriages because they can't reproduce is one of the stupidest things i have heard all year LMFAO!!! to disallow gay marriages is against the whole doctrine of christianity. not because it's right, but because God himself allows us to do what we want at will. since gay marriages don't result in breaking the ten commandments, let them marry. They can be part of the population that adopts unwanted babies!
and just another note, those christians that feel the necessity of "saving other souls" are nutcases! we don't get browniepoints when we die for each soul we saved.

C'mon up to Canada (especially beautiful BC) where gay marriage is legal.
Most of our travel agents will help you book your wedding trip.
We welcome all tourists equally and couldn't care less if you're gay or not.
Personally, I love the idea of gay marriage.
A married couple pays more in taxes than 2 single people do, so hurry up and get married, become Canadian citizens and start paying down some of this debt!

For me, being a 6' 6", 220 lb grizzly bear and confirmed hetereo that very few people will mess with, it's seeing the rabid conservatives faces when I start talking about gay rights. No one has the nerve to call me the names they as just dying to use to my face and watching them turn red and get all apoplexic is great fun.

Interesting that this question should find its way into the Religion & Spirituality category when the proponents of gay "marriage" contend that marriage has nothing to do with either Religion or Spritiuality. Hmmmmmmmmm . . . a Freudian slip, perhaps, my happy friends?
May God bless and keep you.

I'm not gay, but I'd have to guess marrying your loved one is 2nd most fun than knowing you'll win.. Because you'll be extra happy.. =]

Second most fun part is knowing that finally accepting gays as full citizens of our country is one step closer to tolerance for all humanity, which will lead us one step closer to that ultimate goal, peace.

Actually, some of them do protest the marriage of sterile couples...

Well, I just personally feel being gay is biologically incorrect.....I'm not against it or anything, but just my opinion. So I'll stick with not taking any sides...
