If you don't believe in God then you don't believe that denying God's existence is a sin. And chances are good that you don't believe in Hell, either. Your argument is hardly going to be convincing to a person who believes the entire thing is predicated on a fairy tale.

People who protest so much that there is no God are not necessarily denying the Holy Spirit - its just that they believe in creation and look at life quite differently.

I'm sure God has a big heart and will have a good chat to them when they to heaven.

I am not atheist, but I am really getting tired of all this Bible bashing and judging - it is not our job to judge - also didnt Christ die on the cross to forgive our sins? If so, let it rest and worry about yourself instead.

People don't believe because they aren't raised up to believe. If you believe then you must be able to believe in fairy tales. I can believe because I have seen unexplainable things, like a pack of cigs flying across a room when my best friend and I were trying t quit. It flew with force from the night table to the opposite wall. We were both shocked and we both claimed we didn't do it but we were becoming aware that my girlfriend seemed to have some special powers. Believe it or not but I will swear on my mother's grave (who I loved deeply) that this is a true story. My lover now witnessed her best friend beign stabbed to death on a NYC street. She prayed that she wouldn't die but she did. Her mother died of a brain tumor and she prayed about that but she never got better and suffered for years without being able to express herself verbally or phyiscally. When you see these things happen how can you believe? BTW, she may not believe in God but she is the most wonderful, true blue friend there could ever be and she will be the first in line if there is a heaven. God must be proud of her.

I honestly believe people do not care it totally blows my mind all the questions and smart remarks that are made on here concerning jesus...and the works that he has done...they may not believe it now but one day eaither when the world has ended or their life here on earth has they will think about the choices they have made and the remarks they have said... but like it says in the Bible ony so many thousands of people will be allowed to enter Heaven. For awhile i wondered why so many people would be allowed to go to hell but in the last year i have realized why.. its not that Jesus wants them to but because they choose to go...All I have to say is people's given a chance they can eaither take that chance and believe their is a God and heaven and a Hell or they dont have to believe and they can eventually find out for themselves but they will one day stand b4 him...like it says in the bible everyone will answer for their actions here on earth...And if you deny me I will deny you...Think about that....Good Luck in everything and GOD Bless.....

Do you not see the glaring absurdity in your question? If no gods exist in reality then there is nothing to worry about - When you're dead, you're dead, and that's the end of you... and indeed, gods do not exist.

All reasoned arguments rely on axioms, i.e. things which we take to be true, but which are not amenable to proof. The most obvious example of an axiom is the validity of reason itself - It is trivially obvious that we can't use a reasoned argument to prove that reason is valid, because we have to presume that reason is valid in order to make any kind of reasoned argument.

I have another axiom, which I'm sure no sane person would dispute: That the order and complexity that we see around us in the natural universe, and particularly in the intricate structure and functions of living organisms, could not possibly just exist fully formed, with no cause, no origin, no precursor of any sort. I can't *prove* that this is the case, but it seems inconceivable to me that anyone would dispute it.

So, the logical consequence of accepting this axiom is that, for the very same reason, it's not possible that the order and complexity of the universe is sourced in an intelligent deity who designed and made the universe and *himself* exists fully formed with no cause, no origin, no precursor of any sort. I don't think any reasonable person would dispute the axiom presented here, and acceptance of the axiom leads to an indisputable proof of the non-existence of an intelligent creator.

Anyone who (against all reason) asserted that the order and complexity we see in the universe *could* indeed exist fully formed with no cause and no origin, in order thereby to save the concept of an uncaused intelligent designer, would find that they had invalidated said designer by making him redundant - i.e. if the order and complexity of the universe could just exist fully formed and uncaused then it would not need (in fact, could not possibly have) a designer to cause it to exist.

Either way, the concept of a creator is invalidated.

If they haven't been told about Jesus dying for our sins then thhe may not be responsible for their denial. If they have been told maybe it was at a time when they were rebelling everything or had a great lose such as a parent. Then they weren't ready for the experience yet. Maybe their time is now. Pray before talking to them.Talk on a calm level and tell them that you are worried about their eternal life. Then talk to them and explain how to be saved.

You see the thing you don't understand is if we do not believe in god means we do not believe there is such a thing as a god. Meaning it can't be a sin because there is no god to sin for.

Um...people have different beliefs and some don't believe what you believe. Some don't believe in a god, that is why they say it.

To ask if people know they are breaking some unforgivable sins or if they want to go to hell is putting your beliefs on people and is not relevant to what they believe. It's like asking why you yourself don't believe in someone else's different god...

Why do I have a feeling this will not get through...

Simpleton - I DONT BELEIVE IN GOD. How can I possibly break a law/sin from a non-existent entity? Your question is so illogical.... I cannot go to hell, it does not exist. If you think it does, please pick up a copy of an original Bible manuscript and show me where it says so. Because the concept of Hell was later added by the Church as a tool of FEAR to get you to follow their message. I see its still working on your feeble mind.
