Anyone here experienced an abortion? No politics please.?
I am curious how old you were, what the circumstances were, and how do you feel about the experience now? I honestly don't want any politics, just curious how that affects different poeple.
I am not pregnant or debating it for personal reasons, I have just been thinking about how extreme the two sides of the argument are and was wondering what people who have had them have experienced - their opinions are very valuable.

No, but I had an ectopic pregnancy at 8 wks and it had to be terminated. I felt horrible- the worst feeling I probably ever had, bad enough that I probably would never choose to have an abortion in the future. Except now because of that ectopic pregnancy my chances of having another child are slim to none.

17 years old. Due to health issues, it was either my life or the child's. I had nightmares for years afterwards.
Have never been pregnant since and I am now 40.
