Your father cannot kick his children out of the house as it is his obligation to provide food and shelter for you as a child. If you are physically assaulted by your father then you need to report the abuse to the child protective service office located in your area. Depending on state law your mother may have certain rights as to the occupancy of the house. You can call them just to get advice! If there is serious physical abuse taking place then you need to call the police. There can be a peaceful solution to what seems to be an insurmountable problem!

Are they married , if so your mother will get the house . Your mother needs to hire a private investigator to take photos of dad and girlfriend together . Then she can take him to court and get everything that he has , because he was unfaithful to your mother . There is always child support until you and sis are 18 , 20 if you go to college .

Hmm... Have u talk to your mum about the situation? Maybe you can speak to a counsellor in school or church...
I am not sure how close u are to your dad but stay calm, cool and collected! Don't do anything rash!

Find another trusted adult you can talk to. Just be careful with your words as Child Protection take a very dim view of what you have reported.
