Will Christ be mistaken for Anti-Christ?

Will Christ be mistaken when he returns for the Anti-Christ and there for opposed by mainstream religion?

Update:

The wrong understanding of prophecy caused people to reject Jesus Christ the first time!

Update 2:

I hate when people copy and paste GIANT amounts of stuff in reply to a question. If you have something to say then say it. If I wanted a page off the net I would just look it up myself.

I know that the Anti-Christ was, is, and will be mistaken for Christ.

While I'm not sure that Christ would be mistaken for the antichrist, I would imagine that his message and style would be opposed by different religious groups, who he might view as hypocrites for claiming to follow his teachings, but not actually doing so.

Jesus was a challenge to the religious authorities in his day, and i could easily see that his message has some challenging views even for today's religious authorities. Stuff about loving and not judging, turning the other cheek to those who hate you, taking care of the less fortunate and least among us, giving up all you have, etc. Some of these ideas might run counter to some Christian church's views on not tolerating certain groups, or being wealthy, or supporting war, etc.

    NO..................................!

President Obama is not the Anti-Christ, but is the forerunner of the Anti-Christ in Daniel 11:20. Bible prophecy says that the Anti-Christ will take his place after his death.

Obama is the 7th King in Rev. 17:10 (also in Daniel 11:20) who will die before his term in office is over with! The Bible says in Rev. that Anti-Christ was one of the previous presidents before him and will serve a second term in office after the death of Obama!

The Anti-Christ will be one of the 7 kings in Rev. 17:10

And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, [and] the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

Those 7 kings were all alive when George W. Bush was the President in 2001 and they were:

    1. Gerald Ford

    2. Jimmy Carter: J. C. is the Anti-Christ

    3. Ronald Reagan

    4. George H. W. Bush

    5. Bill Clinton

    6. George W. Bush.... is spoken of in the present tense (and one is) because until Reagan died all 7 were alive when George W. was in office!

    7. Barack Obama....... [and] the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.

Obama is also in Daniel 11:20

Then shall stand up in his estate a raiser of taxes [in] the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.

I believe that Daniel 11:20 is prophecy saying that Obama will be a raiser of taxes and die within a few days after that!

The angel Gabriel told me in Aug. 1973 that Jimmy Carter is the Anti-Christ and that he is going to change his name and divorce his wife!

Also i saw the death of Obama in a vision, and again in a dream!

No, Jesus will not be mistaken for the anti-Christ because when He returns He'll come with power and with a shout from heaven that will be so unmistakable that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He's Lord. In an instant people will know Him and will either rejoice or try and hide in utter fear.

I also said the inability of existence of President Obama in a imaginative and prescient, and back in a dream!

No, the Anti-christ IS BEING mistaken for Christ. (he's alive now) When Christ does come, it will be the end of all ends....the world will be destroyed and a New Heaven and Earth will be created.

When Christ returns He will be riding a white horse and descending from the clouds with all the believers across the millennia. That would be hard to fake. Even for Satan.
