I'd say the cat was canaryivorious. And for the bird, it was a catastrophe. But in any event, the puns prove you to be a cunning linguist.

Do you advise she's licking a niche bare? Or is pulling fur tufts out and eating them? i do not really understand what you advise. If the cat is pulling fur out, this is an illustration of a foodstuff allergic reaction or an allergic reaction to fleas. examine the cat with a comb to ensure if fleas are on her. If this is about licking till eventually a niche is bare, it really is a compulsive habit it really is in accordance to at least something else, a telephone call to the vet for a consultation through telephone is a minimum of loose and would get you some options as to what to do.

My Cat ate our canary & judging by all the feathers on the gound leading to what was left of him, I'd say it was "fur play" as well.

Fur play...
I have a pet cat, they never eat the canary.. They just wanna play with it.. When they're done with it, I'm the one who has to clean the mess...!
Geez, why do cats have to be so playful & cute? I can't never get angry at them..

Was the bird's name Curiosity? If so, it's a good thing the cat ate him before Curiosity killed the cat.
