If I'm the bus driver, they are brown! If the driver is you, they have the same color of yours. If the driver is the one who reads this, then the color is same as that one.

The whole question starts with "You're a bus driver" , so the colour of the bus drivers eyes is who ever answers.
If it is me who reads and answers , then the bus drivers eyes are brown.
