Christians, please answer?
Do you think that you can have such a spiritual high, that for the next couple of days, you feel very tired and worn out.
Maybe like working out very hard, your body gets tired.
I think this has happened to me.

I hit highs and lows from time to time. I just try to remember that Jesus endured great pain and suffering so that I may have not be lost, but have eternal life. That gives me a renewed sense of hope and energy. I listen to my favorite Christian music during the day too - Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp, etc.

Come back to the word of God. Don’t focus on emotion, focus on revelation. In Nehemiah, the restoration of God’s people (corporately and individually) occurred when the word was read and studied. Revival comes and is maintained by being in the word daily (Acts 17:11), praying always, and walking by faith.
