Do you eat smoked salmon on crackers? Is it usually mixed with something... or just plain?

Oh dear! We are fly fishermen(persons?) and when we catch salmon, we smoke them. Eating fresh smoked salmon is incredible! I usually make Melba toast, add a bit of cream cheese on top, slab of salmon, diced red onions, and capers! Oh, wow, now I am starving for it! If you want an excellent omelette, mix all the above ingredients together to stuff your omelette with, and top with the tiniest bit of Tobasco Jalapeno (green) sauce!

Can spread cracker with cream cheese then put on the smoked salmon. Yum

Mix dill and cream cheese...as a spread on the crackers, then add salmon...

I buy the salmon in the packs and mix 2 tbsp of corn meal, 1 of flour, and egg, and a tsp of veg. oil and fry them into salmon patties i could eat the whole pack myself lol. they are sooo good.

Put some capers on top and some cream cheese is awesome too.

You could have it on little triangles of white bread for hors d'oeuvres or on a bagel with cream cheese for a breakfast buffet,

I prefer it with capers, chopped onions and a squeeze of lemon.

Or else with some cream cheese.

You have it with Cream/Soft Cheese.
